Welcome to CoachPro.

By creating an account or using CoachPro (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CoachPro is where great coaches build great programs — and these terms protect both you and us.

1. Use of the Service

CoachPro provides tools for coaches to manage:

• Player attendance

• Practice plans

• Drills

• Communication

• Training organization

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of CoachPro require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.

We may change pricing in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). CoachPro does not store full credit card information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use CoachPro for illegal purposes

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform

• Access accounts that are not yours

• Use the Service to harass or harm others

• Misuse or improperly share player data

• Attempt to copy, resell, or commercially exploit CoachPro without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Player Data & Responsibility

CoachPro allows coaches to enter player names, attendance records, and related training information.

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate consent from parents or guardians where required

• Complying with applicable privacy laws

• Managing player data appropriately

CoachPro acts solely as a platform provider and does not independently verify or manage player consent.

6. Intellectual Property

CoachPro owns all rights to:

• The platform

• The software

• Branding and design

• Features and system architecture

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload (such as drills and practice plans).

By using CoachPro, you grant us permission to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to CoachPro. However:

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

CoachPro shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

• Loss of data

• Service interruptions

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to CoachPro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• Payment fails

• You misuse the Service

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will end.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or inside the platform.

Continued use of CoachPro after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec, without regard to conflict of law principles.
