About CoachPro
Paul has been a hockey and baseball coach for nearly 10 years.
For him, coaching has never been just about running drills or filling time on the ice or field. It's about helping players grow, build confidence, and reach their potential, one session at a time.
Alongside coaching, Paul works full-time as a senior software manager.
Over the years, he kept running into the same problem many private coaches face: there simply weren't good tools built for how they actually coach.
Drills were saved in notes, links, and videos scattered everywhere.
Attendance changed from session to session.
Players needed individual training between practices.
Too much time was spent organizing, coordinating, and following up—time that should have been spent coaching and developing players.
Most existing tools were built for teams and leagues with fixed rosters.
But private coaches live in a different reality.
So Paul decided to build the tool he wished existed.
